Dr Jason Ensor is a senior digital and data executive with 30+ years' experience leading transformation across public-sector and higher-education environments. Former Director of Competitive Intelligence & Analytics at an Australian university, now building an open higher education intelligence platform that applies AI orchestration, context engineering, and automated quality frameworks to deliver transparent student decision support at scale. Recognised for bridging leadership, analytics and policy to deliver measurable performance improvements, ethical AI integration and resilient data ecosystems. Scholarly background complements executive practice with publications, keynote speaking, and sector influence.
